• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.
• If items are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement parts or units as quickly as possible.
• Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Any cancellation requests submitted after shipment will be denied.
• Returns accepted within 10 days if items are in original packaging and unassembled.
• Non-returnable items: custom/special orders, assembled or modified products, items without proof of purchase, or minor imperfections within warranty limits.
• A 20% restocking fee applies; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days; we will respond within 1–4 business days.
