Damage & Missing Items Policy
To ensure prompt resolution of any issues, please review your order carefully upon pickup or delivery.
Inspection & Claim Period
Customers must report any damage or missing items within 14 days (2 weeks) of:
- The pickup date for local pickup orders, or
- The delivery date for shipped orders.
Claims submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
Claim Requirements
To process a damage or missing item claim, customers must provide:
- Photos of the damaged part(s)
- Photos of the outer packaging, clearly showing the PO number
- A brief description of the issue
Incomplete claims may result in delays or denial.
Missing Items
- We will investigate all missing item claims.
- If proof of the missing item is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Assembly & Replacement Limitations
- Once an item has been assembled or installed, damaged parts are not eligible for replacement.
- Exceptions apply only to verified factory defects, including:
- Color defects
- Wrapped door defects
Exclusions
- Damage claims reported after the 14-day period
- Damage caused during handling, assembly, or installation by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
