Damage & Missing Items Policy

To ensure prompt resolution of any issues, please review your order carefully upon pickup or delivery.

 

Inspection & Claim Period

Customers must report any damage or missing items within 14 days (2 weeks) of:

  • The pickup date for local pickup orders, or
  • The delivery date for shipped orders.

Claims submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

 

Claim Requirements

To process a damage or missing item claim, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the damaged part(s)
  • Photos of the outer packaging, clearly showing the PO number
  • A brief description of the issue

Incomplete claims may result in delays or denial.

 

Missing Items

  • We will investigate all missing item claims.
  • If proof of the missing item is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Assembly & Replacement Limitations

  • Once an item has been assembled or installed, damaged parts are not eligible for replacement.
  • Exceptions apply only to verified factory defects, including:
  1. Color defects
  2. Wrapped door defects

 

Exclusions

  • Damage claims reported after the 14-day period
  • Damage caused during handling, assembly, or installation by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
