Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original packaging and remain unassembled, unused, and uninstalled. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Any cancellation requests submitted after shipment will be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Assembled, installed, cut, or modified products

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

  • Products with minor imperfections that fall within warranty limits

  • Sale items and gift cards

Restocking Fees & Shipping

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Approved exchange requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1–4 business days.

The fastest way to receive an exchange item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, a new order may be placed.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
